Recruitment, placement, and language preparation are all conducted entirely according to the employer-pays principle. Our work adheres to the WHO Code of Conduct for the International Recruitment of Healthcare Professionals. This ensures that the recruitment of skilled workers is carried out responsibly and without any negative impact on healthcare provision in the countries of origin. Recruitment is conducted exclusively in accordance with internationally recommended safeguards to prevent so-called "brain drain" effects. Furthermore, we are guided by key international standards and human rights conventions, including the European Convention on Human Rights, the ILO Core Labour Standards, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. These form the basis of our actions and guarantee ethical, transparent, and fair cooperation.
